About the project

The unique HaShlosha Project (National Outline Plan 38/2 project) involves the demolition of two old buildings and replacing them with three new ones. The three new buildings will include; 45 new apartments, a storage room per apartment, sukkah balconies, and underground parking with two levels—all of this in a central location close to the German colony and Talbiye. Project stage – Awaiting the building permit.
